Place chicken, peas, pineapple and onion in resealable bag. For sauce, combine soy sauce, vinegar and cornstarch in bowl and whisk well. Add reserves and whisk well. Heat in microwave 1 to 2 minutes until thickened. Freeze chicken and vegetable mixture in a resealable bag with sauce attached in a separate resealable bag.

When thawed combine sauce and chicken mixture in a skillet and heat through. Serve over rice.
