1Preheat oven to 350
2Put all ingredients, except for chocolate chips, in blender or food processor until oatmeal is ground and the mixture is smooth.
3Pour into mini muffin tin. Top each muffin with chocolate chips.
4Place into oven and lower temperature to 325. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
