Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350
2Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add carrots and cook until tender (about 15 min). drain an pour into blender/ food processor. Puree.
3Add the butter, sugar, flour, baking, vanilla and eggs to the carrot puree./ mIx well and transfer to a 2 quart cassarole dish. dust with powdered sugar.
4Bake for 30 minutes
