Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 pan with baking spray. Mix wet ingredients. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Mix wet into dry. (You may have to use your hands; mixture will be thick.) Put mixture in pan and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown in center of the oven. Eat within a few hours or freeze in a sealed bag. For maximum crispiness, refresh bars in a toaster after defrosting.
