chop onions and brown with the ground beef in a large pot

soak the TVP in 1/4 cup of water to soften it and add to the beef

add in garlic, stewed tomatoes, celery and peppers.

add in beans and cheese

add in seasoning packet and water.

cook on medium heat for about 45 minutes, till peppers are soft.
