Steps
Sequence Step
1chop onions and brown with the ground beef in a large pot
2soak the TVP in 1/4 cup of water to soften it and add to the beef
3add in garlic, stewed tomatoes, celery and peppers.
4add in beans and cheese
5add in seasoning packet and water.
6cook on medium heat for about 45 minutes, till peppers are soft.
