Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place rimmed baking sheet or deep dish pizza pan in oven for five minutes.
2Whisk 2 T olive oil, vodka, egg, and water in bowl.
3Whisk flour, salt, and baking powder in separate bowl. Pour wet mixture over dry mixture and whisk until smooth.
4Pour 4 T olive oil into baking pan. Add batter and spread evenly around the pan. Sprinkle crumbled feta over batter. Dot with butter.
5Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, rotating pan after ten minutes.
6Allow to cool slightly prior to serving.
