1Dice whole chicken,no skin, dice potatoes, dice the carrots and zucchini, toss all together in bowl.
2Add pepper and salt to taste. Next add oil and vinegar. Blend thoroughly.
3Taste. Add salt,pepper or more oil and vinegar if needed.
4Spread on whole wheat bread or enjoy on a green salad.
