Preheat the oven to 350°C
Combine Cream of Chicken soup, mayo, shredded mild cheddar cheese and curry powder in a mixing bowl, mix until well blended
Cook broccoli in a saucepan, drain. Let cool. Cut into small pieces.
Spray 10x15, 4.5 qt. baking pan with non-stick cooking spray
Cover the bottom of the baking pan with the chopped broccoli
Take off all the meat from the chickens and put on top of the broccoli
Pour the combined soup, mayo, and cheese mixture on top of the chicken
Bake for 40 minutes
Boil white rice in a medium saucepan
Remove baking pan from oven, serve over white rice.
