Modified version of the traditional strawberry jam to replace sugar with agave syrup and therefore end up with a jam suitable for everyone including diabetics.

Place all the strawberries, lemon juice and baking soda in a pot with a small amount of water to boil at full flame.

Once boiling point is reached turn flame to low and maintain for 20 minutes.

Add the agave syrup and let boil for 10 more minutes.

Remove from the heat, let cool and place in an adequate container for storage.
