Steps
Sequence Step
1Whisk together dry ingredients in medium bowl
2Pour buttermilk and milk into 2 cup Pyrex cup
3Whisk egg white into milk mixture
4Mix egg yolk with melted butter
5Combine wet ingredients
6Pour wet ingredients into dry and whisk together just until mixed
7Gently fold in blueberries
8Brush hot griddle with vegetable oil
10Cook pancakes until top surface starts to bubble and then flip them over
11Cook until underside is browned, about 2-3 minutes longer and serve.
