1 | Cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds |
2 | Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes (5 for spicy and 10 minutes for mild. |
3 | Mix the cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth. Heap the cheeses into pepper halves. |
4 | Sprinkle with a couple drops of jalapeno pepper sauce (Optional). |
5 | Place on baking sheet and bake in 400 degree oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts. |
