Cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds

Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes (5 for spicy and 10 minutes for mild.

Mix the cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth. Heap the cheeses into pepper halves.

Sprinkle with a couple drops of jalapeno pepper sauce (Optional).
