Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 500 degrees
2In a small bowl, stir oil and herbs to blend.
3Brush both sides of the cutlets with the herb oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
4Heat a large, ovenproof skillet ovr a high flame. Add cutlets and cook just until brown, about 1 minute per side. Remove from heat
5Spoon marinara sauce over and around the cutlets.
6Bake chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes
