Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl

Pre-heat 10" skillet and spray with non-stick cooking spray

Place 4 tablespoons in skillet to form one pancake. Repeat to add another pancake

When edges lift up and bubbles form on surface then flip the pancakes. Cook for an additional 60 seconds or so

Remove cooked pancakes and repeat steps 3 and 4 with remaining batter
