In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Saute the onions, pepper and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stire in the cumin and chili powder. When the vegetables are coated with spices, stire in the turkey and cook until almost done.

Add the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Cook until the sauce is sligthtly thickened and the turkey is cooked through. 4-5 minutes
