1Chop all vegetables and ham Thaw peas Scramble eggs (add water to eggs) In a wok, add oil, heat and then add veggies. Cook till heated (still crunchy) and then add ham (heat till warm). Add cooked rice and a bit of reduced salt soy sauce. When everything is heated add the scrambled eggs.
