Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In the mixer bowl, mix yeast with warm water and sugar, proof for about 5 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. Add oil and salt, then add flour 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each. Allow mixer to knead for 7-9 minutes, dough will be slightly sticky but should be pulling away from the sides of the bowl. Turn out onto an oiled or floured counter, shape into 4 loaves, and place into pans. Let rise in a warm place (on top of the stove usually works well) for 15 minutes, then place in hot oven and bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
