Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Set aside sour cream
Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and chili powder and sauté until onions become tender. Add pork, chili peppers, tomato, and two tablespoons of sour cream. Cook and stir until heated.
Spread ½ cup of sour cream of sour cream in the bottom of a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Spoon ¼ cup of the pork mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up the tortilla and place seam side down in the baking dish. Spoon remaining sour cream on top of the rolled tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
