1Boil chicken thighs, onions and garlic until chicken is done. Remove chicken and debone and cut into about 1 and 1/2 inch pieces, add chicken back into stock. add cut vegetables and cook until tender. I add the potatoes and carrots first and cook them for about 20 min before adding the rest of the vegetables as they take a little longer to cook.
