Preheat oven to 350. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium heat. Add Chicken, onion, garlic. Cook 5-7 minutes until chicken browned. Add Marinara.

Mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella , spinach, oregano

layer 3/4 cup meat sauce, 3 lasagna noodles, 1/2 ricotta mixture. 1 cup sauce, 3 noodles, remaining ricotta, remaining sauce. Cover and bake for 50 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle remaining mozzarella and bank 5 minutes more.
