Sequence Step
1Pulse first 6 ingredients in food processor.
2Melt coconut oil over low heat.
3Stir vanilla and syrup into coconut oil. Add to food processor and pulse.
4Press into 8 x 8 pan and refrigerate.
5Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Spread over top of bars. Cut when cool.
