Pulse first 6 ingredients in food processor.

Melt coconut oil over low heat.

Stir vanilla and syrup into coconut oil. Add to food processor and pulse.

Press into 8 x 8 pan and refrigerate.

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Spread over top of bars. Cut when cool.
