Cut steak into serving size pieces.
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Dredge steak in flour...and pound each piece.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
Brown meat well on all sides.
Add diced tomatoes.
Cover tightly and simmer for 1 hour.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring to mix well.
Cover tightly and simmer 30 minutes longer.
Serve on a bed of noodles or rice.
