Preheat oven to 325. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder in a bowl. in a separate bowl, mix the milk, vanilla, sugar and eggs. Incorporate the milk mixture and the melted butter into the dry ingredients. Spoon into prepared doughnut pans. (Just spray with Pam.)
Bake for 8-10 minutes until the doughnuts test done. Frost, glaze or sugar as desired or just dunk the plain ones in coffee!
