I got the recipe for salmon burgers off the the can of salmon. I just cook it as patties instead of burgers.

Drain and flake salmon into a medium bowl. Combine salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, mayonaise,egg, lemon juice, parsley and garlic salt, blend well. Shape into 4 patties. Bake in oven at 375 degrees until browned on top, approximately 30 to 40 minutes
