1Julianne the Brussels sprouts
2slice the red onion thinly
3heat up the butter and oik in a large skillet
4salt and pepper the pork pieces
5brown the pork in the skillet talking care to get all sides - add soy sauce and vinegar - cover and let cook about 20 minutes over low heat
6remove pork - add sprouts, onion, and garlic - saute for 8 to 10 minutes - until the onion is caramelized
7toss sprouts and pork together - can be eaten over rice
