Cut tofu into 2 flat steaks the size of playing cards

Spread 1 tbl of soy sauce on steaks and allow to sit for 30 minutes, turning once.

Remove steaks from soy, cover in sesame seeds. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Place steaks in skillet browning on each side for 5-10 minutes.

Mix honey, remaining soy and ginger to make a sauce. Top steaks with honey-ginger-soy mixture and serve
