11. Combine the dry ingredients of cupcake (Batch 0) (flour, baking powder, sugar, salt) together in a large mixing bowl.
22. Mix the liquid ingredients of cupcake (oil, milk and vanilla) separately in another mixing bowl.
33. Pour the liquid ingredients from step 2 into the large mixing bowl in 1 containing the dry ingredients.
44. Use an electric mixer to blend all of the dry and liquid ingredients together for 2 minutes.
55. Add eggs.
66. Use the mixer to blend for 1 minute on medium speed.
77. Put the cupcake liners in the pan.
88. Pour the batter into the liners about 2/3 of the way full.
99. Set oven to 3500F.
1010. When the oven is at 3500F, put cupcakes in the oven and bake for a total of 20 minutes 1. After 10 minutes turn the cupcakes around and then bake for another 10 minutes 2. After 10 minutes take the cupcakes out of the oven.
1111. Let the cupcakes cool for 5 minutes.
