medium (2-1/2" dia)Onion chopped

cups, dicedcelery, diced (about 2 cup)

cups (8 fl oz)beef broth, low sodium

cupsfrozen corn kernels

cupsPeas, frozen

can (303 x 406)creamed corn (16 oz. can)

medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)potatoes cubed

mediumCarrots, sliced into thin coins
Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown beef in dutch oven.
2Remove beef and saute celery and onion, when almost sauteed add garlic.
3Add beef back into dutch oven and add beef broth.
4Peel and dice potatoes and carrot. Add both to pot. Add frozen corn, frozen peas and creamed corn to pot.
5Simmer on med-low for 4 hours.
