Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium high heat then brown the meat.

Add the chopped mushrooms and cook until soft. Add in the green onion and cook until barely tender, about one minute. Add the chopped water chestnuts.

Add the remaining ingredients except for the sesame oil. Stir to combine then let simmer to reduce slightly. Take off heat and drizzle with sesame oil.
