Dissolve yeast in warm water-add sugar. Let sit until foamy. Add oil-eggs-and salt. Mix well.
Slowly add flour and knead until smooth,about 6 minutes
Transfer to lightly oiled bowl and cover, let rise until almost doubled.
Punch down and let rise again.
Divide dough in half. Roll out 10 rolls from each half. Place on sheet pan and let rise until almost doubled. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until nicely browned-about 25 minutes,(until theuymake a "thumping" sound) brush with melted butter.
