Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grind 1/3 cup of the oatmeal into flour (I use a coffee bean grinder). Add together all dry ingredients.

Mix together all wet ingredients, including peanut butter an molasses.

Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

Press into a square or rectangle on a lined cookies sheet, and score into bars with a knife. Alternatively you can press this into an 8x8 pan, scoring as above.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool on a rack.

These freeze well, and are teriffic for morning breakfast bars.
