combine all ingredients until smooth dough
place in oiled bowl and let rise until doubled, about 1 1/2 hour
punch, divide in two pieces
roll and stretch each piece on 18x13, brush on olive oil and egg wash, sprinkle with salt and chia
let rest 20 minutes
bake in upper and lower racks at 350 for 20 minutes
switch pans after 10 minutes of baking
