Steps

1Spray nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook until browned breaking into pieceds with wooden spoon.
2Combine chicken, celery, tomatoes, beans, onions, broth, garlic, chili powder, cumin, allspice, cinnamon and pepper in slow cooker.
3Cover; cook 5 1/2 to 6 hours on low or until chicken is no longer pink and celery is tender.
