Mix flour and oil together to just mix it up.

Brown the ground sausage and drain off excess fat. Add it to the flour mixture.

Grate cheese and add to flour mixture.

Stir ingredients till mixed well, but not too long or the biscuit will be tough.

Add milk and stir. should be a wet, but not soupy mixture. Add a few tablespoons of milk as needed to get the right consistency.

Preheat oven to 400. Drop biscuit dough by spoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for about 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
