Recipe Description Heat vegetable broth to a boil add brown rice stir and reduced heat cover to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes or until liquid is absorb. Cut chicken into cubes, season chicken cubes with Mrs. Dash, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper. Heat extra virgin olive oil and butter in a skillet. Cook chicken for 7 min then add vegetables, cook 10 more minutes. Ensure there is no pink left in chicken, remove from heat after vegetables are tender. Remove from heat let cool for 5 minutes, serve over 1/2 cup of brown rice.
