Mix all the dry ingredients.

Add olive oil, mix to a crumble.

Add water slowly..you may need more. YOu want the dough dry but able to form a ball so you can roll it out.

Measure into 40g balls, roll out, fry in pan (no oil needed). ONce it bubbles flip, cook a few more seconds, remove from heat.
