corn, canned - drained

diced tomatoes and green chiles

cream cheese, softened (8 ounce package)

Cook chicken breast in crock pot for 2-3 hours until coooked through and pull apart.

Puree one can of black beans and one can of rotelle tomatoes and add to chicken.

Add other can of black beans, corn, rotelle tomatoes, cumin, red pepper flakes and chicken broth.

Allow ingredients to come to a boil and then add cream cheese. Allow to melt. Serve.
