cans (15 oz)black beans, canned, drained

can, 15 oz (303 x 406)corn, canned - drained

cupschicken broth, fat free

ouncesdiced tomatoes and green chiles

packages small (3 oz)cream cheese, softened (8 ounce package)

pounds, rawchicken breast, boneless, skinless

tablespooncumin, ground

tablespoonRed pepper, flakes
Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook chicken breast in crock pot for 2-3 hours until coooked through and pull apart.
2Puree one can of black beans and one can of rotelle tomatoes and add to chicken.
3Add other can of black beans, corn, rotelle tomatoes, cumin, red pepper flakes and chicken broth.
4Allow ingredients to come to a boil and then add cream cheese. Allow to melt. Serve.
