| 1 | Cook chicken breast in crock pot for 2-3 hours until coooked through and pull apart. | 2 | Puree one can of black beans and one can of rotelle tomatoes and add to chicken. | 3 | Add other can of black beans, corn, rotelle tomatoes, cumin, red pepper flakes and chicken broth. | 4 | Allow ingredients to come to a boil and then add cream cheese. Allow to melt. Serve. |
