Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut up pork into bite size pieces, marinate with salt, pepper, ginger, and olive oil while preparing vegetables.
2Cut, clean and prepare vegetables.
3Add Canola oil to wok, and let warm until about 300 degrees. Then add pork.
4Let cook for 6-8 minutes, then slowly add vegetables one type at a time.
5Add sriracha as desired for taste.
6Continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes until fully cooked.
