Cut up pork into bite size pieces, marinate with salt, pepper, ginger, and olive oil while preparing vegetables.

Cut, clean and prepare vegetables.

Add Canola oil to wok, and let warm until about 300 degrees. Then add pork.

Let cook for 6-8 minutes, then slowly add vegetables one type at a time.

Add sriracha as desired for taste.
