Saute onions and peppers until soft in oil.

Mix ground beef, sauted onions and peppers, beaten egg, evaporated milk and a third of the tomato sauce.

Crush crackers and add to meat mixture.

Spray a cast iron skillet with pam. Form meat mixture into two loaves and pour remainder of tomato sauce over the loaves.

Add a small amount of water to the skillet and bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour.
