Steps

1Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, about fingertip size.
2Steam cauliflower until crisp-tender.
3While cauliflower is steaming, chop onions and pickles.
4When cauliflower is done, rinse in cold water to stop cooking process. Drain thoroughly and add to a large mixing bowl.
5Add all other ingredients and toss gently to coat.
6Refrigerate for an hour or so for flavors to meld.
