Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, about fingertip size.

Steam cauliflower until crisp-tender.

While cauliflower is steaming, chop onions and pickles.

When cauliflower is done, rinse in cold water to stop cooking process. Drain thoroughly and add to a large mixing bowl.

Add all other ingredients and toss gently to coat.

Refrigerate for an hour or so for flavors to meld.
