Heat 2 Tablespoons oil in hot frying pan or wok.
Thinly slice beef flank across the grain. Stir fry beef for 2 minutes on high. Remove from pan.

Heat remaining oil in pan, add veggies. Stir fry for 2 minutes, add beef and seasoning (mixed with 1/2 cup of water). Heat until beef is cooked through and sauce is thick
