Add Water and Onion in a pot and bring to a boil.

Add Salt, Cabbage, Chicken Tenders, and Mushrooms once water is boiling.

Smash Chicken with a fork to break it down to smaller pieces if the minced chicken tend to clump up into large balls.

Bring to a boil again for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked and cabbage is soft, then add Brocolli, Cauliflower. Boil for 5 minutes until they are tender. Once they are tender (remember it will continue cooking once the stove is turned off too so dont over cook them).

The last thing to add at the end is the Spinach. Tear it up and add it to the pot to not over cook them since they will wilt fast.

Add Salt, Black Pepper, Jalapeno pepper (to make it spicy) or Mrs. Dash seasoning salt for taste.
