10Add Oil to large covered non stick pan. Add the first 4 ing''d and cook at medium heat for a few minutes until carrots begin to soften. Add the next three ing''d allowing to cook slightly. When the broccoli is cooked to your liking take off heat and serve. Top with tomatoes and Braggs Liquid Aminos. enjoy Note: when off detox, you can add anything, we like to add grilled sliced chicken breast that has been marinated in homemade Italian dressing overnight before it gets grilled.
