Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients in big bowl and liquid ingredients.

Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.

Let mixture sit for 10 minutes for oatmeal to absorb milk.

Use large rectangular baking sheet with sides and line it with parchment paper.

Pour mixture into pan and spread out evenly. Use a spatula to make sure there are no thin or thick patches.
