combine all ingredients except for wonton wrappers and mix well.

Put one teaspoon of meat mixture inside one wonton wrapper, moisten edges of wrapper by dipping fingers in water and running along edge of wonton wrapper. Fold opposite corner to meet other corner forming a triangle. Press and seal edges and crimp pinch. repeat and and until all wrappers are filled.

Heat skillet over medium heat drizzle about a 2 tsp. olive oil in pan and swirl. place pot stickers in hot pan cook until golden brown on the bottom. Add 1/2 cut water and cover, steam pot stickers for approx. 5 minutes until liquid is almost all evaporated. remove and serve with additional soy sauce.
