Steps
Sequence Step
1Pat down chicken breast and flatten out chicken to 1/4 thick
2Mix all dried spice togeather in a bowl
3Spray chicken breast on one side and spread on dry mixture and repeat on other side of chicken
4On preheated grill pour olive oil one a papper towel or cloth to wipe down grill (be carefull) lay chicken on it and cook 5 min. Then turn to other side and cook 5 min. Note check chicken to make sure it is not burning cooking time may very depending on how how grill is.
5Remove chicken breast and let rest for a few min. and sever.
