Steps
Sequence Step
1Measure out all ingredients. Line large loaf pan with aluminum foil.
2In a large bowl mix seasonings with oatmeal.
3Add egg. Mix.
4Add ground beef to the oatmeal mixture and mix together by hand. Do not overwork the beef as it will get tough
5Shape into a loaf and put into a large loaf pan that has been lined with aluminum foil. Loaf pan should be at least 5 x 9. Foil prevents sticking
6Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 90 min.
