1. Whisk all dry ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
2. Crack eggs into a metal bowl. Warm them by sitting bowl in warm water. Add and wisk EVOO, lemon juice, honey, and warm water (110 degrees) to bowl.
3. Place dry ingredients in bread pan of Breadman machine. Gently pour in liquid ingredients. Set to gluten-free setting. Start machine. Scrap sides of pan after 3-4 minutes of mixing. Remove paddle when done mixing. You may need to extend baking time in the machine if crust is not browned when machine beeps.
