Whole Wheat Cream Puffs
Ingredients

cup (8 fl oz)water

Steps
Sequence Step
1place water, butter and salt in pot and cook on the stove until butter is melted and water boils.
2Add Flour and mix fast with a wooden spoon untill the mixture forms a ball and leaves the side of the pan.
4Mix on high speed adding eggs one at a time mixing well after each egg is added. After the last egg is added mix well on high so that air gets beat into the batter.
5Spoon batter with a tablespoon or small scoop onto a buttered cookie sheet.
6Put into a 350 oven a bake until browned. Remove from oven and cool completely.
7NOTE: You can only Make up to 2 batches of shells at one time or they do not cook the same.
