Put into a pot on the stove the butter, water and salt.

Cook until butter is melted and the water starts to boil

Add flour and mix with wooden spoon fast until the mixture forms a ball and leaves the side of the pan

Remove from stove and add to a mixing bowl

Mix on high speed adding eggs one at a time beating well after each egg is added. After the last egg is added beat well so that air gets beat into the mixture.

Spoon with a tablespoon or small scoop onto a butter greasted cooking sheet.

Bake until browned and remove from oven. Cool completely.

Beat Heavy cream adding sugar according to taste and how sweet you want it.

When cream is whipped up stiff add the cooked pudding beating well to mix the pudding with the whipped cream.

Take the shells and cut in half. Fill the shells with a full spoon full of cream making sure that each shell is filled fully.

Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
