Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta according to package directions

Drain pasta and return it to pot it was cooked in. Mix in shredded cheese.

Combine ground mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in small bowl.

Add sour cream, cottage cheese, and milk to pasta and combine. Add spices and green onions and stir until well combined.
